Deletion & customer requests

Where Leanr acts as a processor, Customer may request deletion of personal data processed on its behalf, subject to contractual obligations, legal requirements, and technical feasibility. Requests should be sent to tom@leanrads.com.

Legal holds & compliance

Leanr may retain certain data for longer periods where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain platform security and integrity.
